How does it work?

We can create a completely customized  weekend for you, or you can choose from our menu of services to add to any weekend.  Custom weekends will be created to align with your budget and weekend ideas.  Service prices vary by size of group as well as seasonality.  Simply fill out the contact form under "RESERVE" and we will be in contact with you as quickly as possible.

When should we start the planning process?

We recommend setting a date for your party about 6 months in advance.  This provides plenty of time for your guests to make sure they are available!  Flights and accommodations should be made 3 to 6 months prior to the party.  Activities and services such as dinner reservations, should be scheduled 2 to 3 months in advance.  Lastly, theme  and decor should be finalized by 1 month out.

What is the benefit of using Scottsdale Before the Veil?

Our goal is to take the stress of planning off your plate.  We have created connections with  all of the best  restaurants, hotels and services in  Scottsdale, which means we get the best prices! You’re welcome to  make your own arrangements, but we suggest contacting first.

I am looking for a service but it is not listed on your website, what should I do?

We love learning about your ideals!  Plus, this gives us an opportunity to expand the services we provide to our clients.  Send us a note and we will do our best to make it happen!

Can the cost be split per party-goer?

Absolutely!  We can charge each guest individually, or coordinate cost with one main point of contact.  You let us know what works best for your group!

Can you make reservations for accomodations for me?

Of course!  Allow us to provide the best options for your group.  Location, amenities, and cost are key factors in determining your accommodations.  We have established relationships with local hotels, resorts, and even house rentals that allow us to provide the best rate to you.
